Hope Cloud Business Park —Gansu Green Chemical Circular Economy Industrial Park
The Gansu Green Chemical Circular Economy Industrial Park is a technology-driven chemical industry hub dedicated to the efficient development and comprehensive utilization of salt resources within the energy and chemical sector. It boasts a cutting-edge R&D team led by Academician Shuangfei Wang from the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The team’s groundbreaking achievements in the industry earned them the Second Prize of the 2019 National Technology Invention Award—currently the highest-level accolade in the field. The park holds six national invention patents and proprietary utility model technologies related to the production and manufacturing of sodium chlorate, potassium perchlorate, hydrogen peroxide, and other key products. Moreover, its core equipment and critical technologies are among the best in China. Notably, the park employs advanced evaporation technology to recycle and reuse the byproduct brine generated during potassium perchlorate production, enabling zero wastewater discharge in the integrated sodium chlorate-potassium perchlorate manufacturing process. This innovative approach has finally resolved the long-standing industry challenge of waste salt disposal.

The Sichuan Green Chemical Circular Economy Industrial Park is a key industry initiative within the energy and chemical sector, dedicated to building a green, circular economy-driven industrial chain. It houses a sodium chlorate production base, a gemstone production facility, and a sales company. Sodium chlorate products are widely used across industries such as pulp and paper, water treatment, high-chlorate compounds, electronics, chemicals, and metallurgy. Meanwhile, its gemstone products are specifically tailored for applications in precision gem components, watch crystals, optical windows, specialized abrasives, and jewelry decoration sectors. The park’s “Hope Deepblue” sodium chlorate product has earned ISO 9001 quality certification. The company boasts advanced equipment and stringent management practices, ensuring that its products consistently meet or exceed the national Grade I premium standards. Notably, the company’s chief technical expert serves as one of the five-member specialists appointed by the Inorganic Salt Industry Expert Group under the China Chemical Society. The park’s products are exported both domestically and internationally, with long-term partnerships established alongside numerous enterprises in countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, and Japan.
