Hazard Description
1. Can cause fire or explosion: strong oxidizer

Precautions
1. Store away from heat sources, clothing, and other combustibles; take all preventive measures.
2. Avoid mixing with combustibles; wear protective gloves, safety goggles, face shield, and fire-resistant clothing.

Accident Response
1. In case of fire: use plenty of water to cool containers and smother with a dry powder extinguisher (avoid direct water application on large burning quantities to prevent oxidizer splashing).
2. If a large fire or large quantity is burning, evacuate the area; due to explosion risk, stay away from firefighting.
3. If splashed on clothing: immediately remove contaminated clothes, then wash the affected skin with plenty of water (wash clothes separately before reuse).
4. If ingested: rinse mouth. If feeling unwell, seek medical attention immediately.
